cinnamon infused bourbon truffles























i made truffles.
























i infused the hot (and) heavy cream with cinnamon and added a couple healthy glugs of bourbon. (see what i did there?)

























i chopped a pound of $20 chocolate. twas fancy.


























i also made a ridiculously unholy mess of my little kitchen and haven't cleaned it yet.


but, i did make time to eat a couple of the truffles and they are creamy and rich and a little boozy and oh so good.
