cheery kitchen linens

i have a drawer in the kitchen that is stuffed to the gills with dishtowels. but not just any dishtowels- colorful, cheerful, patterned and floral towels. it is a minor obsession and i know that i need to stop buying them, but then i stroll into anthropologie or sur la table or zucchini and vine and all reason flies out of my head!

i figure anything that makes (dreary + dull) kitchen clean up a little more fun...
