this smoothie hits the spot for a healthy and quick breakfast or afternoon snack!
strawberry coconut milk smoothie
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
splash of vanilla extract
1/2 banana, sliced
1 1/2-2 cups ice
so simple- put all the ingredients in the blender and give them a whirl. taste and add more honey if you want it a little sweeter (i don't) or add more ice if you'd like it icier.
